Shipping Policy
We provide fast delivery service for global customers  around 3 to 10 days.
You will get FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on all orders at our site.

Packages will be shipped from either the US warehouse, Hong Kong warehouse, or Shenzhen warehouse, depending on stock availability.

Over 90% of orders from Hong Kong and Shenzhen warehouse will be shipped by DHL express.  Some areas may be changed to other shipment carriers due to policy, weather or other reasons

All orders require 1-2 working days to process shipment and dispatch.
All orders require 2-3 working days to update tracking number
Orders are not processed during weekends or federal holidays.
A very small portion of orders may be subject to an additional remote area surcharge, which is separate from the free shipping we offer.  If the delivery address is classified as a remote area by our carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS), we will contact the customer via official email to request payment for this surcharge.   Please note that the criteria for defining remote areas are determined solely by the carriers, and as the seller, we have no authority to influence their decisions.

Duties and Taxes:
We are responsible for any duties incurred during the shipping and delivery process. If duties are incurred in the destination country, please contact us immediately by email.

Logistics Company:
1. For the US, orders are shipped from our local overseas warehouse and delivered to your door via USPS.
2. For other regions, orders are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen or Hong Kong and delivered to your door via international express delivery services such as DHL, FEDEX, and UPS.

Shipping Reminder:
When your order is shipped, we will upload the order tracking number within 1 business day and you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Failed Delivery:
If the package cannot be delivered to the designated delivery address due to customer non-cooperation (wrong or incorrect delivery address, unavailable recipient), or if the customer refuses to accept the package, the package will be returned to the designated delivery address. We will cover all shipping fees and taxes incurred.
